Paul was extremely helpful when we first contacted jdk regarding a braking fault on an Audi A3. They Kept the car and fixed the problem whilst we were away on holiday.A few other faults were fixed/replaced after being highlighted during a vehicle health check.will be using again

Really nice guys! Booked my old van in for MOT & Service, they gave it a really thorough check over and I was given a comprehensive breakdown of all the work that was required and everything was clearly explained. Excellent service. Both Paul and Bruce were very knowledgeable and professional and provided me with a much better service than the main dealer I had been working with previously. They uncovered and helped resolve additional issues which I hadn't been made aware of. No problem in recommending JDK and I will be returning as and when I need any more work carrying out.

Great service #1. Called 8am Monday 8th January with a water leak, dropped it off and was completed the same day. Couldn’t ask for more.

Went in for a vehicle inspection and a brake fluid change. They were very accommodating and fitted me in the next day. Staff were friendly and helpful and service was quick.

Carried out a "Health Check" on my fourteen year old VW Polo and also investigated an engine issue. Was carried out very efficiently and the car was returned ahead of the expected time. Their customer service seems extremely thorough and their prices seem reasonable. I love that I found a VW specialist in Blackwater that is walking distance from my house !

On arrival I was met by Paul who introduced himself and advised me of the best way to move forward with the problems I had with my car and I therefore left the car with him overnight so staff could carryout an inspection of my vehicle.
