Excellent service. Both Paul and Bruce were very knowledgeable and professional and provided me with a much better service than the main dealer I had been working with previously. They uncovered and helped resolve additional issues which I hadn't been made aware of. No problem in recommending JDK and I will be returning as and when I need any more work carrying out.

Went in for a vehicle inspection and a brake fluid change. They were very accommodating and fitted me in the next day. Staff were friendly and helpful and service was quick.

Carried out a "Health Check" on my fourteen year old VW Polo and also investigated an engine issue. Was carried out very efficiently and the car was returned ahead of the expected time. Their customer service seems extremely thorough and their prices seem reasonable. I love that I found a VW specialist in Blackwater that is walking distance from my house !
