Paul was extremely helpful when we first contacted jdk regarding a braking fault on an Audi A3. They Kept the car and fixed the problem whilst we were away on holiday.A few other faults were fixed/replaced after being highlighted during a vehicle health check.will be using again

Excellent service. Both Paul and Bruce were very knowledgeable and professional and provided me with a much better service than the main dealer I had been working with previously. Carried out a "Health Check" on my fourteen year old VW Polo and also investigated an engine issue. Was carried out very efficiently and the car was returned ahead of the expected time. Their customer service seems extremely thorough and their prices seem reasonable. I love that I found a VW specialist in Blackwater that is walking distance from my house !
