best garage i have ever been to. as soon as i walked in mr bruce gave high standard and very professional service. he answered all my questions and gave me lots of advice. he kept me informed the whole time what was going on with my car. i will never go back to audi garage .

Had a great experience here. Initially came in for a tensioner check but the full inspection showed alot more red flags. Now before anyone says, "of course it did, up selling things you don't need" JDK provide photographs and descriptions of all suggested work to support the report. Took my Audi S3 in for all brake pads and discs to be replaced and the service they provided was brilliant. Had a slight issue with the front brakes but after speaking to them and taking their technicians out to diagnose the issue it was found to be a bad set from the supplier and they sorted the issue very promptly and made sure I was happy. Paul was extremely helpful when we first contacted jdk regarding a braking fault on an Audi A3. They Kept the car and fixed the problem whilst we were away on holiday.A few other faults were fixed/replaced after being highlighted during a vehicle health check.will be using again

Really nice guys! Booked my old van in for MOT & Service, they gave it a really thorough check over and I was given a comprehensive breakdown of all the work that was required and everything was clearly explained. Excellent service. Both Paul and Bruce were very knowledgeable and professional and provided me with a much better service than the main dealer I had been working with previously. They uncovered and helped resolve additional issues which I hadn't been made aware of. No problem in recommending JDK and I will be returning as and when I need any more work carrying out.

Audi Q5 service and follow up work carried out expertly and thoroughly. Very impressed technicians detected long-standing problem without being asked and replaced defective idler pulley at fair price. Finally a smooth quiet ride - thank you at front desk and behind the scenes.

Great service #1. Called 8am Monday 8th January with a water leak, dropped it off and was completed the same day. Couldn’t ask for more.

Went in for a vehicle inspection and a brake fluid change. They were very accommodating and fitted me in the next day. Staff were friendly and helpful and service was quick.

Carried out a "Health Check" on my fourteen year old VW Polo and also investigated an engine issue. Was carried out very efficiently and the car was returned ahead of the expected time. Their customer service seems extremely thorough and their prices seem reasonable. I love that I found a VW specialist in Blackwater that is walking distance from my house !

On arrival I was met by Paul who introduced himself and advised me of the best way to move forward with the problems I had with my car and I therefore left the car with him overnight so staff could carryout an inspection of my vehicle.
